About the piece and our interpretation
The music of Cinema Paradiso by Ennio and Andrea Morricone is closely associated with memory, longing and a love of cinema. This short live excerpt presents SwissDuo at Piano Gallery Bülach: Irina Grebaus at the white Steinway & Sons Noé grand piano and Sandi Toka Nova on cello.
In just under a minute, the clip introduces the combination of a singing cello melody and piano. It offers an idea for a film-music programme, an intimate concert moment or a wedding celebration with a cinematic atmosphere. For a live event, we discuss the version and length you would like; this short video is an excerpt rather than a complete performance.
