When the website is accessed, technically necessary data such as the IP address, time, page accessed, browser, operating system and referrer may be processed in server logs. This serves to provide the website securely and reliably, analyse errors and prevent misuse.
4. Contact and booking enquiries
If you contact us by email or form, we process your information in order to respond to the enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where applicable, perform a contract. Required information is marked in the respective form.
5. Newsletter
We use your email address for the newsletter only after you have subscribed. It is sent through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by emailing us.
6. WordPress and editorial content
WordPress serves as the editorial system for our multilingual posts. Published content is transferred to the website through a technical interface. This generally does not require visitor data to be transmitted to WordPress unless additional functions are expressly activated.
7. Embedded media and platforms
Videos and music may be embedded or linked from YouTube and Spotify. Wherever possible, we load external players only after your active selection. When they are opened or activated, the respective provider’s privacy policy also applies; data may then also be processed outside Switzerland or the EEA.
