If you prefer to bring your own musicians, discuss this with your theologian. Many churches allow you to play quietly pieces over a system. You can also use the choir of the church for the singing during the wedding ceremony. Or would you prefer a solo singer? Maybe there is a singing talent among your guests!
How many songs you should plan for the wedding? There is no rule for this: it depends on how your ceremony is structured and which song contributions you prefer. Traditionally, a song is played for entry, after the wedding ceremony and for moving out. If you don’t plan live music, but a few pieces from the tape, then someone should be made responsible to take care of the timely correct play of the songs.

Pop music to sing along to

 
Let your guests actively participate in the wedding ceremony: Choose well-known songs that you sing together with the guests. Choose matching pieces with the theologian. Not all pop songs are welcome in the church. Quiet ballads in most cases. A choir usually encourages people to sing along by themselves. A joint song is a wonderful conclusion to a touching wedding.
Our tip: Design an individual church booklet with the lyrics! On the one hand, print out the lyrics of the lyrics, but also readings and the course of the wedding ceremony – your guests also have a reminder of the ceremony.

So think carefully about how you want to create a good atmosphere at the party, after all you want to celebrate your wedding with your loved ones for as long as possible. Should it be a live band or would you prefer a DJ who calls for dancing? Keep in mind that there should be something for every taste so that nobody goes home in a bad mood. Ask your circle of acquaintances if you know someone who plays music at weddings and understands his craft.
